The focus of this new class will be to work on the golf swing and how to make it stronger. We will have a licensed yoga instructor and trainer at two of the classes.
Classes will be on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:15 PM for five weeks. Dates: January 15th, 22nd, 29th, February 5th and 12th. Registration starts November 5th and class is limited to 15 participants. Ages 10 – 18
